I'm a current PhD student in German Studies, a musician, and a very amateur visual artist. I'm interested in Digital Art and specifically in finding interesting ways to combine both music and visuals (e.g. the trippy music video, or the apple visualizer, or simply, movies). I am slightly afraid of the sublime potential of AI Art and also somewhat skeptical over its future. For this reason, I will happily discuss and critique my own growing digital art practice, its theory and its inspirations as I see it.

About:
Because machine-learned text-to-image generation is in part about popular uses of terms, I'm interested in how people popularly visualize time. For these MidJourney & Dalle produced images, I input concepts of time and historical eras, including the terms "future, capital, promise, modern, sunday." How positivist (or pessimisitic) are we really?
